In December and January, we released a variety of updates to boost our Cash Vision, Bill Pay, Reports, and Portal experience for ScaleFactor customers. We made these updates to expedite existing processes and add more user capabilities.
In case you missed it, here are the key updates we made and how they will help users moving forward:
We introduced Cash Vision in 2018 to give users the ability to plan ahead and see their cash position up to 6 months down the road.
Recently, we made updates that will allow you to compare your cash projections to your actuals and further customize your projection views.
Now, you can see your cash projections on a monthly, weekly, or daily view. This customization means you can view your monthly cash balance up to 6 months in the future, your weekly cash balance up to 6 weeks in the future, and your daily cash balance up to 2 weeks in the future. With these new views, you can now better test different scenarios at different frequencies!
Also, you can now edit a single transaction in a recurring transaction series!
Over the past two months, we introduced a few new bill pay capabilities allowing users to add and manage recurring bills, and better manage their vendors!
Users can now select a default payment method for vendors, and view and reverse bill auto-approvals.
Did you get your Year in Review Report? In December, all ScaleFactor customers received a 2018 Year in Review that recapped their business’s financials. You can find and download your custom report by visiting the Reports page in the portal.
Lastly, we made some awesome updates to the portal to enhance the overall user experience. These changes include a new Contacts page which allows users to see all of their contacts in one place. Additionally, you can now delete payroll adjustment requests!
