Here at ScaleFactor, we know that every business is unique. How you interact with our software will vary depending on what you need to get out of it, and how you choose to connect with our support team will vary, too. That’s we focused our efforts in September on getting you the answers you need as quickly as possible. 

3 Ways to Reach Support

Does your question require a human touch? We’ve got a whole staff of accounting experts standing by to get you the answers you need. Reach them in one of three ways: 

  • By App: Within the ScaleFactor app, you can reach support by clicking the Help? Button on any open item in your home feed or simply sending us a message through our messaging feature.
  • By Email: Every ScaleFactor customer is equipped with a custom email address that goes straight to our team. 
  • By Phone: Call us old fashioned, but we enjoy getting to talk with our customers over the phone, too. We’re available from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm M-F at (512) 960-4470. 

No matter how you reach out, we promise to get back to you within one business day. 

See Credit Card Limits in ScaleFactor

In addition to making it easier to connect to support, we have also rolled out an update that allows you to input your credit card limits in ScaleFactor. This way, when you spend on a certain credit card, ScaleFactor will be able to show your remaining available balance. 

No need to log in to the bank to check. No need for manual calculations. We’ve got your back.
