AUSTIN, Texas — January 29, 2018 — AUSTIN, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–ScaleFactor, an intelligent finance and automated accounting platform, today announced the hiring of Robert Gilbreath as its new Senior Vice President of Marketing. A former executive team member at Austin-based ShipStation, Gilbreath brings a wealth of marketing knowledge in the SMB space to ScaleFactor on the heels of its recent $30 million series B funding round.

As the CMO and VP of Partnerships of Shipstation, an e-commerce shipping solution, Gilbreath was responsible for the strategic relationships and planning that led to marketing activities with partner companies like Shopify, BigCommerce, SquareSpace, Avalara, Walmart, and more. During his tenure, he grew the marketing team from two to 20 individuals. Before his role at ShipStation, Gilbreath was the VP of E-commerce Marketing and Analytics Operations at Calendars.com. He holds an MBA in E-commerce from St. Edward’s University and a BBA in Marketing from Texas State University.
